I am getting a checksum on image did not match error with my player. what can be done to correct this?

Once install was complete it came up with this checksum error then said file is corrupt. This is the 3rd time that this has done this. .

Can you send us a screen shot of the error message you are receiving? If you are not sure how to take a screenshot follow the link below for a quick video on how to do that:

Also, please run the DivX Diagnostic tool and send me the results.

Attach the DxDiag.txt to your Question:
Click on Start--> Run and type dxdiag. In the following windows click 'Save All Information' and add your name to the .txt file (i.e. dxdiagJohnDoe.txt)

Please share the document here by doing the following:

1. Upload the document to scribd.com: http://www.scribd.com/upload-document...

2. Make sure the document is public (this is the default setting)

3. Copy and paste the Document URL in your comment at the DivX forums
