The DivX logo that is on an electronic device (TV, Blu-Ray, Mobile Phone, etc.) means that you device has received official DivX certification. By being DivX Certified, your device can play DivX-encoded files out of the box or play purchased DivX movies after a one-time registration.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to use our DivX Forums.
Please try the following:
1 - Download a video of our DivX Showcase below:
http://www.divx.com/en/devices/soluti...
2 – Install the latest DivX Plus bundle (Free), and Convert the video clip you download from step 1 to Home Theater with DivX Plus Converter.
3 - Transfer the converted video to your device via a supported USB or DVD/CD (as data file) and try to play it.
Let us know the results.
Thank you
